1930: The "Simian Immundoeficiency virus" that was discovered in chimpanzees has now evolved into what is now known as HIV-1/AIDS. A man was found mysteriously dead in Cameroon. After doing studies on him and how he passed, they found out he was one of the first to suffer from AIDS. What started out as a disease for animals quickly evolved into a deadly disease for humans.

1999: Kenyan president Daniel Arap Moi smartened up and preached that AIDS was a

2003-2005: The number of people recieving treatment increased from 100,000 to

other tropical disease that are killing millions of children." This shows the stubborness
of people when it came to AIDS. No one wanted to believe it.

Organisation) to create a five year plan. The plan recieved 20 million dollar in donor funding.

2010: HIV counseling and testing campaign were established, and doctors were insisted on lowering the burden of health systems.
